We collect the following personal data when you interact with our platform: full name, national identity document (DNI), email address, phone number, tax address, financial information necessary for investor profile evaluation, IP address, and browsing data. This data is obtained directly from the user upon registration, form completion, or use of our services.

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: managing your user account and investor profile; processing and administering your investments in real estate crowdlending projects; verifying your identity in accordance with current anti-money laundering regulations (UIF - Resolution 30-E/2017 and amendments); sending you communications related to your investments, project updates, and platform news; complying with legal, accounting, and tax obligations before AFIP and other competent bodies; improving our services and user experience on the platform.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001; your express consent upon registering on the platform; the execution of the investment contract between you and Enqoventa; compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including provisions of the National Securities Commission (CNV) and the Financial Information Unit (UIF).
4. Data sharing
Your personal data may be shared with: real estate developers associated with the projects you invest in, to the extent necessary for investment management; financial entities involved in payment and transfer processing; regulatory and control bodies (CNV, UIF, AFIP, IGJ) pursuant to legal requirements; technology service providers that assist in the platform's operation, under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes without your express consent.
5. International data transfer
In the event that your data is transferred to servers located outside the Argentine Republic, we guarantee that such transfer is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) and with adequate levels of protection, as established in Provision DNPDP No. 60-E/2016 and complementary regulations.
6. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. These measures include: data encryption in transit and at rest using TLS 1.3 protocols; multi-factor authentication for account access; periodic security audits conducted by independent third parties; internal policies of restricted access to personal data based on the principle of least privilege.
